F21 copying YSL logo?

This is the logo that Forever 21 puts in their shoes. It looks very similar to the Yves Saint Laurent logo, doesn't it? Also, it kinda looks like F24. #Oops

    yeah the overlapping of 2 and 1 makes it misleading indeed.
